MA2004 Introduction to Multimedia Design (April 2020)

MA2004 Introduction to Multimedia Design will provide lessons in which students design, develop and evaluate digital content using multimedia technology. The emphasis is on conceptualizing and producing creative yet effective multimedia products, specifically on video and animation.

At the end of this course, students should be able to:

1.      Demonstrate an understanding of core multimedia technologies and standards.

2.      Explain various aspects of multimedia in relation to appropriate and acceptable design techniques.

3.      Display editing skills using video editing software.

4.      Construct multimedia content for advertising campaigns.
