This course is based on the student's work in a self-directed real-life multimedia communication project under the supervision of lecturers who shall act as consultants to the student. Students will be expected to apply the graphic design, multimedia production and project management skills acquired in preceding courses to a creative multimedia area. Although the range of projects that a student can undertake is diverse, all projects must be developed as part of a comprehensive portfolio made up of various promotional media and relevant marketing and advertising strategies for the end product. Apart from functionality and meeting customer requirements, the projects must be based on multimedia graphic design principles and techniques.
