values and reflect the cultural diversity. Taking in relevant social and cultural background,

comprehensive introduce and in-depth interpretation will be carried out. This course will discuss on:

ancient Greek epic, Homer, the classic literature of the Old Testament Hebrew, modern literature

from Britain, France, Germany, Russia, India, Japan and other countries.
