BM102 PRINCIPLES OF MARKETING (AUGUST 2024)

This course introduces students to marketing principles and policy. It examines historical and contemporary marketing philosophies, concepts, and theories. Topics of discussion include marketing functions, pricing policy and controls, product strategy, promotion strategy, trade channels and logistics, consumer behaviour, competitive strategy, the impact of environment on marketing and integration of marketing with other functions of business enterprises.
